NOTRE DAMES The Sacred Incense of 1924, Reborn In 1924, a legendary incense blend was created for the great cathedrals of Paris—most famously Notre Dame. Its scent drifted through arches of stone, mingling with candlelight and hymns, becoming part of the spiritual memory of an era. Notre Dames is our resurrection of that forgotten aroma— a tribute to sacred incense, antique florals, rare resins, and the early artistry of French perfumery. But this recreation demanded more than ingredients. 

It required time, devotion, and rarity. Over more than a year, we collected not only precious naturals but also authentic early-era aroma chemicals—materials used in perfumery in 1924, many of which are nearly impossible to obtain today.

These notes give the perfume its unmistakable vintage soul, its patina of history, its cathedral-like elegance. This is not a modern reinterpretation. This is the scent of the era itself, brought back to life.

Heart Notes Jasmine • Carnation • Lilac • Spices The powdered, romantic florals of early 20th-century France, enriched with the subtle aura of vintage aroma chemicals—deep, soft, unmistakably “old Paris.”

Base Notes Olibanum (Frankincense) • Benzoin • Musk • Patchouli • Vetiver This is the cathedral heart: glowing incense, resinous warmth, silent musk, and sacred wood. A base built with both rare naturals and heritage aroma molecules from the 1920s, giving authenticity to the smoke, the resin’s glow, and the timeless depth.
