Cambodian Oud 15ml Super Extrait

The composition is made up off totally pure unadulterated natural materials, free from synthetics or copies.

I wanted to create an oud in the form of a fragrance that gave a 100% oud experience , but was also wearable by a fresh starter also appreciated by a well advanced oud user.

So it boiled down to 2 things.

1) Quality Of The Oud, And Its Properties

2) The Blending Process

After many many failed attempts I managed to find a winner, and samples were sent to lovers of oud in the community, those who have a real love, passion and nose for this, to get their feedback.

Almost every one of them responded with high praise and were enthusiastic for the composition.

Others adviced slight changes making it more heavy and dense as they were more connected to oud, but nevertheless still appreciated the composition for what it was, the diversity it creates, the journey it takes you on, not to mention its longevity and projection being foremost are just some observations echoed.

The oud itself is a pure oud, it doesn’t contain any synthetics and has been produced carefully furthermore amplified with a dose of grey ambergris to create a added experience but same time to create a ‘calm’ to the ‘storm’ that oud can sometimes bring.

The pure oils are left to interact with one another before 100% pure ethanol is poured over it to give it the finishing touches.

In conclusion Cambodian oud is smooth, calming and comforting leather opening, with heart notes of dried like fruits , slightly spicy and Amber, whilst the base contains wafts of woods and Cambodian agarwood accords, smoky oud vibes, slightly nutty and fruity are also some accords within the composition, the ambergris brings a freshness to the composition, added woodiness, slightly earthy and ofc ambery.
