This edition is the first to feature EO’s raw musk trifecta – fused with the smooth, buttered scent of old sandalwood while enticing citrus hums beneath it all – not lemon, not orange, something unknown yet familiar. Jasmarine is what I dubbed the scratch-your-head-this-is-so-familiar high note that leads you into the musky overtone of Borneo Zen: Trifecta until a super rare Irian Jaya agarwood (aged for decade) greets you in the drydown.

This limited edition of Borneo Zen: Trifecta is unlike any before it. You’ve still got the vintage Mysore and Irian Jaya oud. But it goes even further with the addition of an West-Malaysian Oud Trifecta in the form of vintage Terengganu, Kelantan, Tigerwood ouds (ranging from 25 – 41+ years-aged!) dancing with Jasmarine. There’s nothing like this in all of perfumery.
